Types of Information Collected
We collect two types of information:
 "Personal Data"

You may provide this data by entering it at the checkout on our website, entering competitions in-store and online, emailing us, leaving us your contact details in-store, giving contact details for a loyalty card or phoning us with orders.
 
Registered and Non-registered customers
When you provide your details on the website you can choose to be a registered customer with an account and password or a non-registered customer. You can also choose whether to be added to our mailing list.
 
Non Registered Customers
If you place an order we will retain your details long enough to ensure the order is complete and there are no enquiries.   We will then retain the order details for our records but remove your personal details.
If you do not place an order we will delete your details after a short period of time.
If you have chosen to be included on our mailing list we will leave your name on the list unless you choose to unsubscribe when we send out a newsletter. You can also contact us and ask to be removed from the list.
 
Registered Customers
If you place an order we will retain your details to facilitate further orders.
If you do not place an order we will delete your details when we think it unlikely that you will place an order.
If you have chosen to be included on our mailing list we will leave your name on the list unless you unsubscribe when we send out a newsletter or you unsubscribe when you are logged in to your account .

 "Non-Personal Data"  Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information on visitors to our website. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses (where they have been clipped or anonymised), browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.
 
We do not collect financial data online
We use Paypal and Stripe to process financial transactions for us online. Both providers have secure sites to protect your financial information. We do not have access to, or store, credit and debit card details submitted for website orders.
You may choose to place a phone order using a credit or debit card. Such detail are used for the processing of the order but are not retained.
 
Children
Our website is not intended for use by children. If we find that a child has submitted personal information we will immediately delete it.

Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click) and this enables us to improve our service.
